Wellspring Integrative Health Coaching
I guide and support my clients in making changes that improve their health and well-being. Mindfulness - awareness of the present moment – underlies behavior change and is an important part of my coaching practice. Often, we know exactly the change we want to make but just can’t quite manage it, and at other times we know we want change but aren’t sure exactly what that will look like. Either way, I work with clients to tap into their own resources and wisdom, co-creating plans and walking alongside as they make the changes that are important to them. I’m certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.
