NORTH CENTRAL OFFERS A TRAIN-THE-TRAINER WORKSHOP

North Central Michigan College’s Corporate and Community Education department, in partnership with the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, is offering a full-day train the trainer workshop on Tuesday, June 12 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The workshop will be in the Student and Community Resource Center, Room 536. Cost is $595 per person.
This class is offered as a hybrid, which includes 90 minutes of online pre-work. It is followed by a one-day, eight-hour, hands-on skill development practice and feedback session. The training development and delivery model will increase participant’s effectiveness and confidence as a trainer in their business. Attendees will practice and receive feedback as they develop, deliver, and evaluate training activities. This workshop would be ideal for human resources and training professionals.
The workshop is taught by training specialist Cindy Daniel. Ms. Daniel graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia with a degree in business management. She served 12 years as a national account manager and agency owner for Xerox Corporation. In addition, she was the marketing director for Muskegon Catholic schools. Her core competencies are leadership development, conflict management, employee engagement, team building, DISC, change management and managing multiple generations.
