Operations Team Member (Set-Up & Housekeeping)

Position Overview:
As an Operations Team Member focusing on Set-Up and Housekeeping, you will play a vital role in preparing Castle Farms for a myriad of events. You will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure that our venue is immaculately set up and maintained, contributing to unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the set-up team to prepare event spaces according to specified layouts and requirements.
Execute housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
Take initiative in identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies to uphold the highest standards of presentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and adapt to evolving event needs.
Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in event set-up, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Maturity and professionalism in handling responsibilities and interacting with others.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
Weekend availability with flexibility to work mornings and afternoon shifts as needed.
This is a 3rd shift weekend position.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and work on your feet for extended hours.
